BIR Tax Exemption Application

After several attempts starting 2015 I was finally able to submit all the necessary requirements for filing for tax exemptions.

2015 - RDO was unable to release Certified True copies of ITR and AFS for the year 2012 and 2013
(due to the previous manual entries/change of chief and other reasons)
2016 - Was given a Tax Clearance Certificate, however RDO was unable to release Certified True copies of ITR and AFS for the year 2013
2017 - CTC of ITR&AFS from 2014,2015 and 2016 were released, however Authorized Agent Banks had erroneous entries (i.e payment for the month of June was entered for December) and other system issues.
2018 - Submitted all requirements to the RDO

We are a SEC registered church-I see some negative comments about it. Why is there a flak over this? Generally,it is because some people view it as a phony church.I love my church family, where I got baptized and came to an understanding of faith in Jesus. The church is simply not a building. As Christians- followers of our Savior Jesus Christ, we practice what He preached and commanded. It can only be done through a church setting-a community of fellow believers who studies the scriptures together and works together in unity to grow the faith of each other.

Finally Got the Certified True Copies !

Based on the General Documentary Requirements for filing Tax exemption,we need to submit Certified true copies of the Income tax Returns and Financial Statements for the last three (3) years.

I have been trying to secure these from the BIR office here in Lucena for the past 2 years!I tried to secure the 2011,2012 and 2013 however I failed! So after years,I was able to secure the 2014,2015 and 2016.Finally.

However,I think there is a long way to go as I am now having problems with non-remittance by Authorized Agent Banks.I have the receipts and was told to go back and forth-something that government agencies subject the citizens to do.

Anyway, while looking for information on how to go about this problem of non-remittance,I stumbled upon this link-Banks now liable for delayed tax payments

I also sent an email to the bank and I also wanted to send the same to BIR but there are no emails for me to send it to so I have to contend with the people in the office.
